Welcome to the MJK MagFlux sensor configurator

The MJK MagFlux sensor Configurator helps you to select the right  flow meter for your application.

 

STEP 1:

Choose Country:

Choose the country/area where you are located.

STEP 2:

Choose liner:

Select the liner suitable for your liquid.

We recommend:

Hard rubber: 
For water and waste water applications.

PTFE: 
For applications with presence of chemicals, paper and pulp and high temperature applications.

ABS: 
Ideal for sea water applications, e.g. aquaculture and desalination plants.

STEP 3:

Choose electrode:

Select the electrode suitable for your liquid.

316Ti-1.4571
Sewage water, portable water and district heating water.

Hastelloy C
Sea water, sludge and chlorine water.

Titanium
Chlorine, clorite, nitric and chromic acids  and other aggressive chemicals.

Tantalum 
The ultimate electrode material. Unaffected by most liquids.

STEP 4:

Choose flange:

Select the flange type matching your connecting flange.

STEP 5:

Choose nominal flowrate:

Select your nominal flow

STEP 6:

Choose pressure class:

Select the wanted pressure class.

For 7200 series (hard rubber), the preselected marked grey button is stock item.

STEP 8:

Choose mounting:

Select whether you want a compact or wall mounted (remote) converter.
Note: If you want your MagFlux IP68 complient you must select remote.

STEP 9:

Choose IP rating:

Select if you want your MagFlux IP68 compliant.

STEP 10:

Choose converter:

Select the supply voltage for the converter.

STEP 11:

Choose cable length:

Select the amount of cable needed.
Maximum length is 50 meters (164 ft.)

STEP 12:

Choose display:

Select if you want a display.
Note: You will need a display to do initial setup of the flow meter.

STEP 12:

Do you want external communication module:

If communication to third party equipment is needed.

STEP xx:

External communication module:

Select protocol.

STEP 14:

Do you want grounding rings SS316:

Select whether you need grounding rings.
For non-conductive pipes, grounding rings are a must.

STEP 15:

Choose grounding ring:
